Block Master: Cube Crush

Support

Help with Block Master: Cube Crush — your progress and cloud save, gold purchases and refunds, offer rewards, and how to reach us or have your data deleted.

Quick help

  • Gold missing after a purchase? Stay online, open the Gold Shop and tap Restore purchases.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Progress missing? Open the game online and wait until Settings → Cloud save shows Synced.
  • Anything else: support@opuswall.net — with these details, because the game has no account.

About the game

Block Master: Cube Crush is a block puzzle for iPhone. Drag the pieces onto the 8×8 board, fill a whole row or column to clear it, and keep going while the pieces still fit.

  • Classic: one endless game, played for the highest score.
  • Adventure: endless levels, each with its own goals — collect gems, reach a score or clear lines — and up to three stars.
  • Boosters in Adventure — Hammer, Refresh, Undo and Continue — cost gold. You start with 200 gold and earn more the first time you complete a level and when you improve its stars. Gold packs can also be bought in the Gold Shop.
  • No account, no sign-in and no ads. The game plays offline and syncs when you are online. It needs an iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
  • It speaks English and Turkish and follows your iPhone's language. To change it for the game alone, tap Language in the game's Settings: it opens the game's page in the iPhone's Settings app.

Progress and cloud save

How is my progress saved?

On your iPhone, as you play. When you are online the game also keeps a cloud save on its server: your best score, the number of Classic games, your Adventure stars and unlocked levels, and your sound and haptics settings. There is nothing to sign in to.

Settings → Cloud save shows Synced, Pending (results still waiting to be sent), Offline, or Update needed — then update the game from the App Store.

Does the game need the internet?

Not to play. Adventure results wait on your iPhone and are sent the next time you are online. Buying gold needs a connection.

I deleted and reinstalled the game.

On the same iPhone, nothing is lost. The game keeps a small entry in the iPhone's Keychain that stays when the game is deleted. Open the reinstalled game while online: it recognises your player and brings back your gold, the Adventure progress the server has verified, your Classic best score and your settings.

Erasing the iPhone (Erase All Content and Settings) removes that entry, and the game then starts as a new player.

I moved to a new iPhone.

The entry that identifies your player never leaves the iPhone it was made on: it is not synced through iCloud and not restored onto another iPhone from a backup. On a new iPhone the game therefore starts as a new player. If you bought gold on the old one, write to us with the details below and we will look into it.

My progress is missing.

  • Open the game while online and wait until Settings → Cloud save shows Synced: results played offline are sent first.
  • Adventure progress comes back only as far as the server has verified it. A level it could not verify is not restored; you can play it again.
  • Reset progress in Settings clears your best score, stars and unlocked levels on this iPhone and in the cloud save, and cannot be undone. It does not change your gold.

Gold purchases and refunds

How do purchases work?

Gold packs are one-time purchases made through the App Store, and Apple takes the payment. The game's server checks Apple's confirmation and then adds the gold to your balance. Gold buys boosters in Adventure; it has no other use and cannot be exchanged for money.

I paid, but the gold has not arrived.

Stay online and open the game again: a purchase that has not been confirmed yet is sent again automatically. In the Gold Shop, Restore purchases also asks the App Store for anything left unconfirmed.

Gold belongs to your player, so it comes back with your player after a reinstall on the same iPhone. If it is still missing, write to support@opuswall.net with the date of the purchase, the pack and the order ID from Apple's receipt email.

The Gold Shop says purchases are paused.

The game could not verify your iPhone with Apple, which it needs before it can credit a purchase. Update the game from the App Store, or try again later. Nothing is charged while purchases are paused.

How do I get a refund?

Apple decides refunds, not us: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support. If Apple refunds a gold pack, the gold it added is taken back from your balance, even if that leaves it below zero.

Offer rewards

For players who found the game in an offer on a rewards site or app.

Do I need to do anything in the game?

No. There is no code or link to enter. Install the game and open it within 24 hours of tapping the offer, on the same internet connection — the same Wi-Fi, or the same mobile data — and the game's server matches your install to your tap by itself. Your progress and rewards show on the site where you tapped the offer, never in the game.

Why was my install or a goal not credited?

  • The game was first opened on a different connection than the tap (for example Wi-Fi for one and mobile data for the other), or through a VPN or iCloud Private Relay: the match goes by network, so such an install cannot be matched.
  • The game had already been installed on this iPhone before the tap: only new players can be matched.
  • Someone else on the same network tapped the offer after you: the most recent tap on a network wins.
  • Goals count only for genuine play in the unmodified app on an iPhone that Apple can verify; doubtful cases are held for a person to review.
  • A purchase goal is credited 14 days after the purchase, and not at all if the purchase is refunded.

The rewards site credits the rewards, so ask its support first. You can also write to support@opuswall.net.

Contact

Write to support@opuswall.net. For privacy questions and data requests, write to legal@opuswall.net.

The game has no account and shows no player ID, so we find your player from what you tell us. Include as much of this as you can:

  • The game's version, shown at the bottom of the game's Settings, and your iPhone's iOS version.
  • Your iPhone's language and region.
  • Roughly when you first installed the game, and when you last played it.
  • Your highest Adventure level, your Classic best score and your gold balance.
  • For a purchase: its date, the pack and the order ID from Apple's receipt email (also listed at reportaproblem.apple.com).
  • If you came from an offer: the name of the rewards site, and when you tapped the offer.

Never send your Apple Account password or card details: we will never ask for them.

Deleting your data

To have the data the game's server holds about you deleted, write to legal@opuswall.net with the subject “Block Master data deletion” and the details above. It is free. To get a copy of your data instead, write to the same address.

We use those details to find your player. If we cannot match one with confidence, we tell you what else would help rather than delete someone else's data. Once we have found it, we delete everything linked to your player — your levels and their moves, verified progress, the gold ledger, the cloud save, its device keys, anti-cheat results and offer records — and confirm by email within 30 days. Purchase and refund records the law requires us to keep stay only as long as it requires, linked to nothing but the bare random player ID. Goal reports already delivered to OpusWall (a click ID, the goal and a transaction ID) stay in its records of the rewards it paid. If the reward for one of your goals is still being settled with OpusWall — a purchase goal is reported 14 days after the purchase and can be cancelled there for 30 days after that — we complete the deletion once it is settled, and our reply within 30 days gives you the date.

On your iPhone, delete the game to remove what it stores. Its small Keychain entry — your player's identifiers and keys, a level counter and the last gold balance the server confirmed — stays until the iPhone is erased; if you install the game again after the deletion, the server no longer recognises it and the game starts as a new player. Reset progress in the game's Settings clears your progress and replaces your cloud save with one that has no progress, but deletes nothing else on the server.
